The stars of the new season will walk the red carpet at the premiere in Hall 1 on October 5. Tickets are now on sale.

Ten years after its last episode, Undercover, the BNT series that became one of Bulgaria’s most widely distributed television productions internationally, is returning to the public broadcaster. This October, viewers can watch the long-awaited sixth season of the cult crime drama on BNT 1.

The official fan premiere of Undercover Season 6 will feature a red carpet and a screening of the first episode. The event will take place on Monday, October 5, 2026, from 7:30 p.m. in Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture (NDK) in Sofia. Tickets go on sale today at the NDK box office and will be available online from Monday, September 21. BNT Director General Milena Milotinova announced the news during her appearance on today’s special 1,000th edition of The Day Begins with Georgi Lyubenov. She also revealed that, after ten years, the series will return on October 10 at 10 p.m.

“Undercover is the most-watched Bulgarian television series, and its sixth season is the most ambitious production to date. Interest has been tremendous, and we have received countless letters and calls from fans. That is why, together with our co-producers at Falconwing Studio, we decided to hold a fan premiere in Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture. We are grateful to NDK for their partnership,” said the public broadcaster’s Director General.

“Undercover is the series I have devoted the most energy to,” said Viktor Bozhinov, director of the hit crime drama. “Ten years after the last episode, anticipation for the new season is even greater, and that brings a huge responsibility. What is new this season is a different approach to telling the story. We will see the surviving characters from previous seasons, but we will also bring back familiar characters who are no longer part of the ongoing storyline. Every fan favourite will appear in one way or another, while the new faces will surprise and captivate viewers.”

The official teaser for Undercover Season 6 also premiered exclusively during the milestone broadcast. Watch it HERE and follow the series’ official Facebook page for the latest updates.

Returning cast members include Mihail Bilalov, Zahari Baharov, Marian Valev, Aleksandar Sano, Kiril Efremov, Vladimir Penev, Yoanna Temelkova and others.
